Well, it has come around yet again, once Christmas has gone back to sleep again and Mother's Day has done the rounds then Easter is hot on its heels. So, Spring creeps closer towards us, the dark evenings begin to draw out and small things like daffodils and crocuses start appearing where before there only appeared to be just mud, the Forsythia in our garden starts producing its wonderful little yellow flowers as well as other things such as apple and cherry blossom which start falling like confetti from the previous winter skeletons of the trees which have new found growth. It's that time of year upon us again, the shops get busier as people scurry about frantically looking for last minute gifts, the supermarkets are packed with hordes of desperate shoppers all trying to buy up most of the stuff on the shelves 'in case they run out' over the couple of days that is the festive period, the self serve checkouts are at breaking point. Kids get excited, parents get stressed in trying to sort out food, presents etc.
