Overslide
From Pittsburgh, USA the band Low Sunday Ghost Machine from the album of the same name, this particular song is Overslide, sounding very much like The Cure. According to MySpace the band were influenced by British Post Punk and bands like Echo & The Bunnymen, The Sound etc. The band eventually changed their name to LowSunday
This track 'Overslide' was a self-financed release in 1996.
And They Were
They were formed in 1994 and the line-up was:
- Shane Sahene - Vocals/Guitar
- Dale Reckless - Synthesizer
- Scott Bechillion - Guitar
- Marc Turina - Bass
- A.T. Vish - Drums
There appears to have been other personnel changes when they were active i.e. Shawn Bann on guitars/synth and also Bobby Spell on bass.

They seemed to have released on 7" single called 'Static' on the Pittsburgh based Bliss Records in 1997.
Elesgiem & Split
As Low Sunday they released an album in 1999 called 'Elesgiem' on the Projekt record label, a small label started by Sam Rosenthal from American Darkwave band called Black Tape For A Blue Girl in 1983, ten years later the label formed 'Darkwave' which collaborated with other smaller labels such as L.A. based Tess Records (Autumn US, also featured on this site) and also Hyperium Records.
